Anyone experiencing, or with questions about, a social or psychological problem may contact our Reception, Analysis, Guidance and Referral Service (AAOR). This service, which provides general information about our service offerings, is availble with or without an appointment, day and evening, during the week.
The service is accessible by phone or in person. A provider will respond to your request, analyze information concerning your situation, and ensure referral to the program that can meet your needs.

This service is for anyone with a need for information, intervention, guidance or referrals to appropriate resources, professional advice or advice on social services.
By simply dialing 811, you will have access to:
- "information"-type interventions which consist of giving various information of a psychosocial nature and directing inquiring parties to appropriate resources;
- prevention-education type interventions aimed at preventing the onset or worsening of psychosocial problems;
- crisis intervention, which consists of an immediate, brief and directive intervention, depending on the type of crisis, and the characteristics of the caller and involved parties.
